Noble Organics farm is owned by Michael Knight & managed by his father Rob Knight. The Knight Family has been ‘tilling the land’ in Chatham-Kent, Ontario for five generations. Rob received his B.Sc.Agr. Environmental Biology from the University of Guelph. His 25+ years of experience in the agriculture sector involved in genetics and seed production of commercial crops is a major asset in the development of Noble Organics.
The Noble Organics farm has been developed on a parcel of land previously used as a breeding farm for show horses. The highly fertile sandy loam soil provides the substrate for the propagation of premium quality garlic; using only methods defined under the Canada Organic Regulations. The growing conditions in our Southwestern Ontario climate are perfect for yielding vigorous, healthy varieties of delicious, robustly flavourful garlic.
